The Elements: Recalibration to the Divine Masculine and Feminine Templates

In this two-part meditation series, you are guided through each of the four elements as they relate to the foundational systems of energy within your body. This meditation bundle is for both men and women, as the elements and the divine masculine and feminine energies are always present within us regardless of our placement on the gender spectrum.

MASCULINE AIR & FIRE MEDITATION (MP3)

The masculine energies of air and fire represent the realm of Spirit. This meditation hones in on the masculine energies within your physical system in order to clear any blockages, fears, or opposition to these energies. We begin within your lungs, by releasing the old gunk that has been building up. We sanctify and expand your capacity to hold purity. We utilize the masculine energy of air to feed and support the system of our heart, which is feminine in nature. The divine masculine will always uphold and serve the feminine.

We then work with the element of fire to clear your nervous system, allowing the divine masculine template to inspire your thoughts, inspiration, and impulse. This way you can act from the empowered place of a stable system. We refresh and brighten the system of fire within your cells and musculature. We eradicate the shadow systems of masculine disfunction which leave us feeling depleted, powerless, and stuck.

FEMININE EARTH & WATER MEDITATION  (MP3)

In the meditation for rebalancing the divine feminine template, we are held within the earth and water elements for a complete reset. We allow the deep, restful stillness found within the earth element to penetrate our energies recalibrating us to the grounded femininity that births creation. We soak in the energies of the divine feminine template that the earth holds: love, support, provision, and comfort.

We then allow the rejuvenation of the water element to completely restore your vital energy. We work with the rain (falling water); the river (flowing water); and the ocean—the mysterious,  powerful, abundant, and life-giving depths of the dark mother. We surrender in trust. We allow the becoming. We rest in deliberate communion with the divine feminine blueprint: beauty, harmony, and the bliss of flow.
