Returns & Refunds policy
I want you to be thrilled about your purchase and I want you to feel confident to hire me for my services. If you are not completely satisfied, I will issue a refund if you contact me within 14 days of receiving of your purchase. For readings, this means within 14 days from the day I sent you the reading recording and/or report. For items, this means 14 days from the delivery date. Please note, meditations and the Meditation Course are not eligible for return.

I will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day I receive your email or from the day on which I receive the returned goods. I will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods or service were received in the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
Anything made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Damaged, used, or improperly packaged items (unless the items were damaged en route to you, in which case, please provide photos with your return request).
Meditations and the meditation course are non-refundable.
I reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at my sole discretion.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Gifted readings are only returnable to the purchaser.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. A return address will be provided via email upon acceptance of your return request.
I cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, I recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
